How to put them on correctly:

1. Put on your cycling socks
2. Put on the shoe cover as if it were another pair of socks and adjust it to the desired length
3. Open the Velcro bottom to slide the foot part over your ankle making space for your shoes
4. Put on your shoe
5. Put the shoe cover on from the top
6. Close the bottom part with Velcro
7. And off you go.
